Attracted by the superb local cuisine, warm climate and award winning golden beaches, increasing numbers of tourists visit the ancient town of Side each year.

Side offers visitors an attractive combination of modern day amenities and convenience, with an authentic, ancient charm which is so typical of the southern Turkey resorts. There are a wealth of activities and attractions available for visitors to Side, including the ancient theatres, the stunning waterfalls and of course the superb beaches which border the town. Very much in keeping with the towns ancient, maritime origins, these superb beaches are integral to the local areas economy. Where once fishing boats used to ply their trade, today the clear blue waters of the Mediterranean provide a wide range of activities such as windsurfing, scuba diving and deep sea fishing.

This wealth of attractions, coupled with the regions superb Mediterranean climate and relatively low cost of living has resulted in their being an increased level of demand for property in Side over the past couple of years. Access to Side is predominantly via the international airport in Antalya, which is just under an hours drive away from the resort.
